We are all creator's
You have the ability to create your own reality through your thoughts and by either focusing on how your life is or how you want it to be. Your mind is either focusing on what was or a new goal. The choice of your focus is yours. Start day by day, observing what your primary thoughts are, followed by your words and how they are making you feel. As you move forward allow negative thought patterns that you know not only don't serve you but will not help you in any way feel better or reach desired goals replaced with positive thoughts. you will always be aware that you are moving closer to a goal or away from it. Make four categories- my home,my body, my work and my relationships. Write down what you desire from each one, example: what I desire about my body. I want to lose weight around my stomach, I want to love how I look naked and I want to get healthier. Next explain why each one on the list is important to you, example: I want to lose weight around my stomach so I feel better in a bathing suit. I want to feel better when I am naked so I am confidant and not shy. When we go one by one through each area of our lives and write down our goals for each one and then why they are important we are becoming really detailed in our goals and have a deeper understanding why they are important to us.After you list all your reasons why each one is important, then write positive affirmations down that support each one, example: I love the way I now look naked and in my bathing suits. I am so happy all my hard work has paid off, I look and feel great! We all have unlimited possibilities within us to achieve greatness. If you ever feel that for some reason you see that your self sabotaging yourself, start to write down exactly what the desired end result is that your looking for and what you see of feel that your doing that is getting in the way. Next think about why or if theres any reasons why you may be blocking yourself, maybe any feelings of unworthiness or not deserving it. Take the time to explore all possiblities, and if in your heart you still seek that same goal, start to write your new list down again why you want it and why it's important to you. Write as many positive affirmations that support worthiness and allowing. Example: I really want a new relationship. It's important to me because I love people and I enjoy a loving happy relationship, even if my past doesn't reflect that. I am allowing a healthy new relationship into my life now that supports and satisfies me on every level. I am worthy and deserving of love. So many clients that I speak to will share that they don't feel worthy or that they think it doesn't exist, crazy right?! Step into your own divine birthright and personal power, which is the knowingness that you can have and be anything you desire, it's all there for your reach. You just need to get out of your own way and remember that we are all born powerful creators.

We are all energy.
We are all energy, made from the same source, connected to the same source. When we start to realize this, and understand how much we are affected by this, we can start to learn how to manipulate our energy for our highest well being and for that of that planet. Imagine the mind to be like an magnet. If this magnet radiates happiness, all forms of happiness are drawn to it; the same will apply to sadness, as all forms will be drawn to support that same energy. If we start to observe ourselves when we are feeling sad, or depressed, and knowing that as long as we stay with these feelings, that our energetic field holds this vibration and will attract more situations to us that we will be in alignment with however we are feeling and giving our attention to. So knowing that the most simple way to start feeling better is to do whatever we can to uplift ourselves and give our attention to something that brings us joy and makes us feel happy. We all have moments in our life where we might be worrying about our future, or dwelling on past moments, or feeling sad for no reason;but in these pivotal moments we have the opportunity to transform ourselves and go within and focus on our blessings that we have around to us. Remember maybe even how far we have come in life and by focusing on only the good we can train our mind to stay there and not occupy the negative space, day after day of this practice you will start to notice how much more peaceful you feel and less woried and life becomes better. The average brains process thousands of thoughts in a hour, most of which are negative. By observing ourselves every time we carry a negative thought and the knowingness that the longer we focus on it, we are giving it energy; then it will manifest into our reality, why on earth would we want to do that? When I find this happening to myself, I immediately put up my hand and say STOP! and I think how can I see this different and with love? If in this moment I am not able to, then I simply think of something else that brings me joy and I focus on that until the negative one dissipates. The more I do this, the more I start to notice that I think in a more positive way and I feel so much better. Everything that has ever been created came from a thought, which in turn was given energy to it, and then became a reality. The trees and plants carry energy, the animals as well as the whole human race. When the famous Japanese researcher Masaru Emoto took glasses of water and prayed in front of one glass and said " I love you, your beautiful" and took another glass and said " you fool, I hate you" the results astounded everybody. When the water was placed under the microscope, the one that was spoke lovingly to had the most beautiful snowflake shapes to it; when the one that was spoke negatively to was looked at, it looked like a dark misshapen blob. He proved that even water was affected by energy; simply through our words. Start looking at the world with love in your heart, starting with yourself, and together we can transform not only our own lives, but the world collectively around to us.
