How many people do you know start the year year with various goals either to loose weight, work out more, start a new diet, or make more money and yet so many end up giving up and going back to their old ways. It takes perseverance to stay focused and on track and rid ourselves from old habits and old ways of thinking. Many people give up and loose hope because they become impatient and say "forget it, its not going to happen." The universe hears this and says stop, hold on, they've changed their mind. You cannot question how or when these goals will happen but simply know they will if you stick to it. We all have moments of why haven't my dreams come true yet. You must push aside all self doubt and loose your discouragement. We are meant to succeed and fulfill all of our wishes and goals. Things cannot come into your experience without intention, you invite all into your life through your thoughts. When the Law of Attraction is fully understood, we realize just how powerful our thoughts truly are. There is so much available to us but often the unseen and unknown are hard to believe. As children we dreamed and believed we could be or have anything. We were unlimited. As we grew older life, people, and circumstances taught us to be more "realistic" and we sadly lost our ability to dream as we once were able to. We must go back to our childlike essence of who we truly are, where our thinking is vast and unlimited. Think only of your desires and goals. Set your goals, create a positive, supportive mindset to achieve these and have unwavering faith that you will accomplish them. You are changing your thoughts to align with that which you desire. In turn, this creates a more emotionally happy feeling, changing your outward energy to more optimistic and to allow the changes to start taking place outside of you.
Goal Setting 1.) Write down all your desires however big or small. This sends a powerful message to your subconscious mind that the world is abundant and all things are possible. 2.) Choose your goals and make sure they are yours and no one else's. Be as clear and specific as possible. For example, if your goal is to take a vacation, be specific and say I am going to Paris and print out the itinerary so you will see exactly how much it will cost, your going to have your dates set and write down all of the places your going to eat at and where will you stay when you are there. DETAILS!! 3.) Ask yourself what might I need to change or do in order to achieve this goal. Whatever your answer is be as open and dedicated to doing it so that its achievable. For example, you need to start saving X amount of dollars per month in order to go to paris. Or, you need to start working out 5 days a week and making big dietary changes in order to loose 20lbs in 6 months. 4. Set your desired goal date. 5.) Read your goals morning and night. Say affirmations that will support it. "I am so excited to go to paris this summer." 6. Close your eyes, and see yourself having accomplished this goal. Visualize yourself walking through paris and taking in all the familiar sights and tastes. Tell yourself "I am so happy to be in Paris." 7. Act as if it has already happened. Truly believing as if this goal has already happened and feeling the joy and happiness with this is crucial. This sends a powerful message to the universe that you believe it so strongly and unwavering, you can feel the emotion of having it already before it has shown up. 8.) Keep it private. You don't need anyone else's approval or disapproval. While some may be supportive, others may try to plant negative seeds to why it can't or won't happen. 9.) Cross your goal off as they happen. In 2016, in June I have already achieved 3 out of 4 of my goals. I went back to my initial list that I made, and crossed them out and everyday expressed my gratitude for having manifested these three so quickly. 10.) What do you want to accomplish this week? The next 6 months? The next year, and in 5 years? The more you can expand and write down time your goals and desires and a realistic time frame that it could happen, it allows your subconscious mind to believe that this is possible. 11.) Know that you are being supported by the universe and never question how or when it will be achieved. The universe sets the exact time and place for it all to happen. Just fill yourself with joy knowing that it will happen, and continue to feel the excitement as if it has already come to fruition. 12.) Allowing. You must be a vibrational match to receive it. In time, as you speak positively in the form of affirmations that are supporting your goal, it allows the universe to acknowledge this energetic shift inside yourself. Its the verbal reminder of that which you want. You are able to realize what a powerful creator you are by creating your new reality. Imagine the ability to want something so badly in your mind that you can bring it into your life. Need a new apartment? Yes you can visualize it. Need more self confidence? Let us image that as well. There are no limitations. We are born mini-creators from the greatest creator of all. Your attention must stay focused only on that which you desire and not the lack of it. You will start to feel happy, confident and hopeful again. You can no longer be sad when you are not allowing your thoughts on your failures but only on the hopes of this new goal or wish showing up. Be the observer of yourself. Are my thoughts and how I am feeling supportive of my goal? By focusing on exactly how you want your life to be, this is how it will show up. The choice on what you want to focus on is yours. Start day by day observing your thoughts, words and how you feel. Make the changes slowly. You will now always be aware if your are working towards your goal. There is nothing you cannot do, be or attain. You are the creator of your reality. 13.) Make 4 categories. My body, my home, my relationships, my work. Write down desired goals and why you want each one. For example, I want to loose 20lbs in 6 months. I want to loose this weight because I want to look better in my clothes, to feel more confident naked, and for my overall health and well being. When you can be detailed with each area of your life, It becomes clear in your mind exactly why and how you can achieve these. Write supporting affirmations for each area as well. Read out loud daily.
