The only way to change deep thought patterns is to stop and change the thought. Slow down to become the observer of your own thoughts, then release those that are fear based that are blocking you and replace them with ones that can create the life of your dreams. We carry deeply embedded negative programming in our subconscious, not realizing how much these are playing out in our everyday life and the challenges around us. By simply exercising the small change of observing your thoughts before speaking and asking yourself: is this negative or positive? Both are of equal energy and will bring their likeness to you. Be mindful of your thoughts that become your words that eventually become your reality. Be present in each moment which allows you to become aware of the energy that you are creating in your life.
Words Have Wings
A persons words tells what their vibration is: dark or light. When harmful, hurtful words are spoken they become poisonous arrows into the air. Their is power in your word. Our words can heal and love another or tear them down. Nothing is more damaging than gossip, critisism, slander and negative words. If you choose negative words then you are cancelling our negative karma around to you. Do not ruin another reputation or speak ill of the sickly or departed. Harmful words against another keep us away from the light. Choose to speak in an intelligent conscious way always thinking before your words leave your mouth. Speaking in a negative way will attract low, negative energies to you. It sends out a block wave of energy, the ones who listen, those who engage, and spread it back to you, You all become effected by this. You cannot seek the light in all that is positive and good, yet not be aware of how you speak of others is all connected. When your mind holds negative thoughts its followed by a negative word. Stop yourself before you speak. Ask yourself is this sentence harmful to myself or another? What we put out always comes back like a boomerang. If you are around people who are engaging in such, stay quiet and offer no opinion, love yourself enough to not engage and feel bad for those who want to slander or tear down another. These words will come from a cruel heart and not one that comes from the Divine. use your words to bless yourself and others, to heal, give thanks and give hope to those around you. Happy loving thoughts create a happy life. Speak with unlimited possibility and faith in the future.
Take order of your home. Clean it, declutter and get rid of everything you don't use. This carries stagnant energy. Clean out your closets, desks and pantry. Pay your bills and give thanks for the ability to pay them. Create a quiet, sacred space in your home. How can you implement beauty around you? Fresh flowers, beautiful smelling candles, photographs and art work? Your home is your castle and a reflection of how you feel about yourself. Your external reality is but a mere reflection of your inner reality. Make everything as beautiful and orderly as possible to help train your mind to align to the natural beauty that surrounds you. Go room by room and ask yourself what can I get rid of or bring in that would make this room more sacred and beautiful? By loving each room and making small changes you will notice the shift in energy where once the space was neglected now is shining brightly. With every chance to love your outer reality is just another opportunity to love yourself on deeper level.
Before you step out of bed in the morning, set your intention for how you want your day to unfold. Give thanks for another day for you to be alive. Think about all the appointments you have, you will arrive on time and not be kept waiting. Think about clients that you will be seeing, and them arriving on time with no cancellations. Do you have an important topic that you will be discussing? Visualize with as much detail the outcome to this. See things unfolding in the way you want them to. Give thanks for having all the energy you need to get through this day. Are you flying? See your flights taking off on time and you arriving at your destination with your baggage and no delays. Before you go to sleep at night, recap all the positive things that unfolded that day and give gratitude for all blessings small and big. Put thoughts towards what you want in your life and the joy from having this. Affirm as you go to sleep tonight that your dreams will show you exactly what you need to see or any possible changes that you could make in your life. Give thanks for your body detoxifying and healing while your sleeping at night. Starting and ending your day with these rituals will bring about blessings and great changes in your life.
